Based on our extensive experience, we have developed the Revitalization Check—a simple yet comprehensive online tool that provides you and your leadership team with an honest assessment of your company’s key value drivers. The briefing, tool usage, high-level results, and debriefing are free of charge and non-binding.
In our view, successful revitalization requires a thorough analysis and evaluation of all relevant aspects of your business. Too often, companies focus only on isolated symptoms instead of taking an open and honest look at the big picture. The Revitalization Check enables you to develop this holistic perspective together with your leadership team and actively involve them from the very beginning.
How it works

The Revitalization Check is an expert-based, standardized online questionnaire that can be completed by an unlimited number of your executives in approximately 30 minutes. After the survey, we provide you with an evaluation of the key findings. Upon request, we are happy to offer a video briefing beforehand and a debriefing to discuss the results.
Access to the tool is provided via a QR code, and all participant responses are stored and analyzed anonymously. Your results are presented as averages ("How important is this topic?") and distribution values ("How consistent are the responses?"), providing you with a clear and unbiased status assessment from your leadership team’s perspective.
We place the highest priority on data security. Our platform provider, Bridge, is ISO 27001 certified, meeting the highest IT security standards. You decide whether your data should be permanently stored with us for regular survey updates. Our IT platform is trusted by leading mid-sized companies such as Heidelberger Druck, Trumpf, and Bechtle for their strategy processes.

From our perspective, successful revitalization requires a deep understanding of how leadership dynamics interact with the company’s value drivers. Only then can you prioritize effectively and take decisive action with clarity, courage, and a keen sense of nuance.
The briefing, tool usage, summary of key findings, and video debriefing are all completely free and non-binding. If desired, we are happy to present and discuss the detailed results or conduct a joint strategy workshop with your leadership team. But we won’t pressure you—that’s just not our style.
